8、  问题原因分析：蓝屏和内存损坏或不兼容有关系。

9、解决办法：如果是2根上的内存条，请做单内存测试，直到找出有问题的那根内存条。

10、如果只有一根内存条，请做更换内存插槽或更换内存条测试。

11、       软件方面：如果“正常模式”、“安全模式”、“VGA模式”、“上一次正确配置的模式”都无法进入，那就重装系统吧。

12、重装前，记得备份一下C盘的数据。

13、办法：用Windows Pe光盘启动，然后把C盘的有用文档拷到D盘或E盘，然后再重装。

14、暴力一些的，可以拆下硬备，挂到其它电脑上拷出数据再装回去，重装系统。
